Shipping begins once your prescription lenses are done being manufactured.
All SportRx orders include free domestic ground shipping. Ground shipping is via UPS or FedEx and the time in transit is approximately 5 to 7 days.
Overnight shipping is available for $20 and shipping time is 1 business day to most locations. Please note, overnight shipping to rural address (including many awesome snow resorts!) is typically 2 business days. Overnight shipping is not available to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses. All APO, FPO, and DPO United States military addresses are shipped via USPS.
International shipping is available to Canada, Austraila, and New Zealand. International orders are shipped via USPS and can take up to two weeks for delivery.
Frames and prescription lenses are covered under independent warranties.
Your frame is covered under a manufacturers’ warranty for one year. This warranty covers defects and breakages that shouldn’t happen under normal use. It won’t cover damage due to obvious neglect or abuse, so try to avoid dropping, sitting on, or letting your dog get ahold of your new glasses!
SportRx-brand prescription lenses with one of our anti-reflective coatings or a scratch coating are covered for a one-time lens replacement. Our Scratch Coating and Standard Anti-Reflective have a one-year warranty, and our Premium and Premium with Blue Defense™ Anti-Reflective coatings have a two-year warranty. All direct or authentic brand lenses are covered by the brand specific warranty. The warranty covers surface scratches and defective peeling that can be attributed to normal wear-and-tear, so remember: on your face or in the case!
ANSI-certified glasses are safety glasses that are approved under ANSI (American National Standards Institute) regulations. ANSI eyewear is classified and noted by the Z87 marking on the inside of the frame.

When you place your order, we process a $0 authorization to verify your payment method. We won’t charge your card until your order passes our initial optician review, which usually takes less than 24 hours.
